Bonds are debt securities that can be issued by private companies, financial institutions, and the government (including the state and municipalities), with the intention of raising capital for a specific purpose.<\/p>

The issuing institution undertakes to return to\u00a0customers on<\/span>\u00a0capital contributed, within an established term. Interest may be paid monthly, quarterly or semi-annually.<\/span><\/p>

It is an alternative that institutions find to bank loans or financing, since, in the case of bond issuance, it is the institution itself that determines the term and the rate of return.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
